or families who enjoy walking and the countryside, or conference
delegates being an easy 10-15 minute drive from Harrogate International
Conference Centre. The property is close to Brimham Rocks, Ripley
Castle, Fountains Abbey and Bolton Abbey, Studley Royal and
provides a convenient base for touring the beautiful Yorkshire
Dales, Herriot and Emmerdale Country. Convenience store/ shops
at Ripley with a pub serving excellent food at nearby Clint
Two mountain bikes are provided for guests use.
ACCOMMODATION:
The entrance leads from the patio garden and car parking area.
A long hallway leads to the open plan beamed lounge and dining
area with bed to sleep extra person, colour tv, vido and cd
player. Good selection of books, games and videos provided.
Galley kitchen with small portable electic oven and hob, fridge,
microwave and good range of units and equipment. The king sized
bedroom has a beamed ceiling with additional remote controlled
tv. Bathroom with toilet, basin, shower, and shaver point. The
patio area is ideal for summer evenings outside. Large enclosed
rear garden for exercising pet.
