In
springtime this cottage really does live up to its name with garden
views from most windows. The village of Darley has won Yorkshire
in Bloom for having the best village gardens for years and this
cottage along with its adjacent sister cottage will together sleep
up to 11 persons. Regular local bus service to Harrogate and Pateley
Bridge and local pub with excellent food just one mile down the
lane.
This cottage was completely refurbished in the summer of 2005
and provides excellent accommodation for visitors to Yorkshire
either on business or pleasure. Families especially welcome with
pool table in nearby barn for guests use.
ACCOMMODATION:
The entrance hall leads to the kitchen/ dining area with dining
table large enough to seat 6 persons. The newly fitted kitchen
is equipped with microwave, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine,
fridge and freezer. Large comfortable lounge with TV and video.
Upstairs master bedroom, a family room with double bed and single
bed, en suite bathroom with bath, hand held shower. heated towel
rail, basin and toilet. Bedroom 2 a double bedroom. Bedroom 3
a single bed and additional z bed on request. House bathroom with
shower, basin and toilet.
SERVICES:
Gas central heating, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher,
fridge and freezer, washer, tumble dryer in separate utility room.
TV, video . All Fuel and linen included in the rent, towels available
to hire. Families welcome with cot and high chair provided on
request. Games room with Pool and darts. Short breaks accepted
out of season. Well behaved pets welcome. Open fire. Patio and
garden for guests use. Garden furniture. Barbeque. Off road parking.
