This
delightful cottage complete with feature beams and yorkshire
stone fireplace has been tastefully refurbished in the spring
of 2005. Although in a tranquil location it is only a short
walk from Knaresborough with its mainy tourist attractions including
Mother Shiptons Cave and petrifying well, Knaresborough castle,
House in the Rock and St Roberts Cave. The shops and restaurants
of Knaresborough are also close by. In the spring and summer
boats can be hired for afternoons boating on the river.

Harrogate the famous spa and conference town is an easy 15 minutes
drive. The cottage provides an excellent base for touring the
beautiful Yorkshire Dales, and has a train station for links
to York, Harrogate and Leeds.
ACCOMMODATION:
This gorgeous double glazed cottage boasts a spacious lounge
having a feature stone fireplace.. The open plan kitchen/ lounge/dining
area has underfloor heating and contemporary high gloss white
kitchen with black granite effect worktops, steel hob, oven
and integrated appliances. The dining/breakfast bar area is
large enough to seat three guests. The bedroom has twin beds
which can be converted to a double bed on request and remote
control tv.The en suite bathroom has a large shower, toilet
and hand basin. Folding Z bed and linen available for a third
guest. Welcome pack.
