Liberty
Hall is the middle property of three ground floor cottages and
is all on one level with a contemporary feel yet with some classic
touches. Pateley Bridge with its shops and restaurants is a
few minutes drive away. The spa town of Harrogate is 20 minutes
by car and its location is excellent for walking or for touring
the beautiful Yorkshire Dales countryside. Toiletries, and welcome pack provided. Families welcome.

to a beautifully spacious lounge with three front facing windows
with views of the gardens and Yorkshire dales. Large kitchen
which is fully fitted with an excellent range of contemporary
units complete with microwave, dishwasher washing machine and
contemporary glass dining table to comfortably seat 6 persons.
Master bedroom a large double bedroom with 5ft bed and en suite
shower room with shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom 2 a twin
bedded room. Bedroom 3 has a double bed with door to house bathroom
complete with bath with hand held shower, shower, basin, toilet
and large heated towel rail. Dryer in separate laundy cupboard.

Gas central
heating, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric hob
with electric oven. Washing machine, dryer. TV and video. All
Fuel, and linen included in the rent, please bring own towels. Babies welcome with own travel cot. Parents
must supervise small children near the river Nidd which runs
close to the cottage Welcome tray. Bathroom toiletries. Ample
car parking. No smoking. No pets. Garden furniture provided.
