This comfortable cosy cottage is situated in the heart of Nidderdale but only a short drive from the centre of the Spa town of Harrogate. Ideal for families, walkers, or conference delegates who want to escape from the hussle and bussle of the Conference centre to this tranquil spot. Wonderful views both north and south facing windows.
The cottage has parking for two cars to the front of the property and the owners also provide a welcome pack to include free range eggs from their hens. Groceries can be purchased by the owners for your arrival.
ACCOMMODATION:
An entrance hall leads to a lifestyle room with kitchen dining area and lounge complete with leather suite. Within the lounge area there is a tv, and video with videos for guest use, books and games. The dining/breakfast area is large enough to seat four guests. Upstairs to the left is a spacious twin bedded room with rear views, en suite bathroom with bath, toilet and basin and heated towel rail. The master bedroom has front views, a double bed and en suite shower room with shower, toilet and basin. Welcome pack.

Oil central heating, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, electric hob with electric oven and integral grill and extractor hood. TV, video, Hi Fi unit with radio/cd. All Fuel, linen and towels included in the rent. Parking for 2 cars. Babies welcome with cot and high chair available on request. Outside Furniture. Please bring own barbeque. Pets accepted at a charge of £20 per pet but need to be kept on a lead near grazing sheep. Smoking outside. Short breaks accepted out of season.
