It has an open fire, beamed ceilings and its own pretty cottage garden. It is situated on the village green and has views of Allerton Castle. Knaresborough is only a short 5 min drive where you can find many tourist attractions including Mother Shipton’sCave and petrifying well, Knaresborough Castle, House in the Rock and St Roberts Cave. The Tiger Inn at Coneythorpe is only a half mile away, well known locally for good food, and for golfers there is the nearby Flaxby Park Golf Club where you can book your tee time in advance. Local bus service to Knaresborough/Harrogate/York.
Harrogate the famous spa and conference town is an easy 15 minutes drive. The cottage provides an excellent base for touring the beautiful Yorkshire Dales.

A pretty cottage garden leads to the front door. Entrance hall, and to the left a beamed lounge with terracotta floor and open fire. The wooden floored kitchen is complete with large range electric cooker, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, and dining area to comfortably seat 4. Downstairs toilet and basin with washer dryer. Stable door leads to the rear garden A staircase leads up to the double bedroom with lavish drapes and chaise, beamed ceiling, stripped wood floor and dressing table area. Twin bedroom with rear views to Allerton Castle. Bathroom with superb roll top bath with claw feet, separate large shower, sink and toilet, with polished wooden floor. Welcome pack.
