This attractive, light and spacious mews apartment, set in open countryside with excellent views, is barely five minutes drive from the centre of Harrogate. It is therefore equally suitable for business people or holidaymakers visiting the area and is within easy reach of Leeds. It is furnished and decorated to a high standard and benefits from Central Heating and double glazing. Unique features of this property include a Bang & Olufsen Hi Fi system, free & exclusive use of a private tennis court and hot tub*.

The apartment, together with the owner's residence, is situated in some eighteen acres of land and is ideally situated for exploring Harrogate, Knaresborough, York, Otley, Ilkley and the Yorkshire Dales.

ACCOMMODATION:
A flight of stairs gives access to the apartment, which is all on one level. The light, spacious and well-equipped kitchen, is fully fitted with pine units and has panoramic views over farm land. Large Lounge/Dining area. Bedroom 1 with King Size Four Poster bed, Bedroom 2 with full sized bunks and a single bed. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and toilet.

SERVICES:
Full Central Heating. All fuel, power, bed-linen and towels included in rent.
Wireless internet. Digital LCD TV, fridge, gas hob, extractor, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, payphone. Cot and high chair available by arrangement. Ample parking for 2/3 cars. The tennis court may be used when available. Hot tub*. One small, well-behaved pet by arrangement only.

*Hot tub for resident adults only and must be booked at least 48 hours in advance with the owners so it can be brought up to temperature.
