This large, elegant penthouse apartment, boasts two parking spaces and views of the famous two hundred acre stray, a grassy parkland right in the centre of the Spa town of Harrogate. It has many original features yet has wireless internet and freeview connections. Close to Waitrose supermarket, tourist information centre and the town’s many tourist attractions. For conference and exhibition delegates it is only a ten minute walk from The International Conference centre and Royal Hall and is ideal for the delegate looking for something more than a hotel bedroom.

Although in a tranquil location it is only a short walk from the many character shops and restaurants Harrogate has to offer. Please note there should be no noise after 11pm.
If you prefer not to drive the bus and train station are just a five minute walk away.


ACCOMMODATION:
Built in the late 1800s, the original timber/glazed walkway leads to a communal lobby and a personal door to the penthouse apartment. A Split level staircase leads to a small study area with desk and Wifi internet connection.   The spacious lounge, has superb elevated views over the Harrogate Stray, double sofa bed, and dining table to easily seat 4 persons, original feature slate fire surround and cast iron grate, TV with freeview package, and dvd.  Fully fitted modern breakfast kitchen with five ring hob and separate electric oven, breakfast table to seat two persons and wood laminate flooring. Roof top views of Harrogate centre from the kitchen. Master Bedroom with decorative period fireplace (not in use), double cast iron bed, views over the Harrogate Stray. Bathroom comprising bath with shower over the bath, basin and toilet.

SERVICES:
Gas central heating, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, gas hob with electric oven. Washer/ dryer.  TV, dvd. radio. Freeview package. wireless internet. All Fuel, linen and towels included in the rent. Books and games for guest use. Designated tandem parking for 2 cars to the rear. Sorry no children. No Pets. Strictly no smoking. Please observe the request for no noise after 11.00pm. Short breaks. Welcome toiletries and beverages supplied.
