with village store selling many specialist products and country
pub serving food. For walkers, an easy 3 mile walk takes you
to Allerton Castle. This contemporary styled property next to
the owners art gallery provides a convenient base for touring
the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, Herriot and Emmerdale Country,
and the attractions of York.

ACCOMMODATION:
All on one level the entrance is directly from the patio and
car parking area. The kitchen/dining/lounge is a large stunning
area furnished to a very high standard with silk soft furnishings
and soft leather corner seating complete with double sofa bed.
Feature flame effect fire and many books and videos for guest
use. This spacious area has a breakfast bar to easily seat 4
persons, dining table and excellent cooking facilities complete
with electric hob and oven. Leading from the lounge is the master
bedroom which has a King sized 5ft double bed and large wardrobes.
Bathroom with toilet, basin and bath with shower over the bath.
The patio area is ideal for summer evenings outside. Babies
welcome with own travel cot.

breaks welcome out of season. The owner is a well known local
artist and private viewings of his gallery can be arranged.
