and exhibition guests, visiting annual country shows and craft
events or as temporary accommodation whilst moving home.

room, finished in maple with large dining table to comfortably
seat 6 persons. The kitchen which is fully fitted with an excellent
range of units is complete with microwave, washer, dishwasher,
fridge and freezer. Large comfortable lounge with flame effect
fire and tv with video and dvd. The master bedroom is a double
bedded room, bedroom 2- a twin bedded room and bedroom 3 a large
single room. House bathroom room with bath, shower over bath,
bidet, and toilet.

Gas central heating, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher,
electric hob with electric oven, colour TV, dvd/cd player. Large
selection of games and books for guest use. All Fuel, linen
included in the rent, please bring own towels. Welcome tea and

No smoking. Garden for guest use. Short breaks accepted out
of season.
