restaurant area of this conference town. This really is home
from home with many personal touches such as a picnic basket
for guest use and a magnificent four poster bed. The apartment
has a pretty courtyard garden where guests can sit outside on
summer evenings and a conservatory for use as a second quiet
lounge.
For conference delegates the property is only a couple of minutes
walk from The International centre and Royal Hall. Only a short
drive from the Yorkshire Showground hosting events such as the
Great Yorkshire Show and bi-annual flower shows.
If you prefer not
to drive, the bus and train station are just a five minute walk
away.
ACCOMMODATION:
The entrance is via the Conservatory where there is comfortable
seating and courtyard views. The Conservatory leads to the dining
room with seating for up to 4 guests. House bathroom with bath,
shower over bath, toilet and basin, shaver point. Large kitchen
with American style fridge and freezer complete with chilled
water and ice unit. Pet fish called ‘Speedy’ in
tank (please note the holidaymaker is not responsible for any
care) Large master bedroom with 5ft four poster bed, dressing
table, and large wardrobes, tv with video and dvd. Large comfortable
lounge with dvd, video and music centre, extra tv channels via
freeview .
Selection of books and videos for guests use. Sofa bed in lounge
with bedding always available. Internet access available on
request for broadband (£20 extra charge plus any call
charges incurred by use of the telephone line). Welcome pack.
