of Knaresborough are also close by. In the spring and summer
boats can be hired for an afternoon's boating on the river with
nearby tea room ideal for watching the boats. The train station
can easily be accessed via steps up by the side of the property,
with links to Harrogate, York and Leeds.
Harrogate the famous spa and conference town is an easy 15 minutes
drive. The cottage provides an excellent base for touring the
beautiful Yorkshire Dales.

floor with open plan lounge with double sofa bed and feature
fireplace (not in use) The kitchen is complete with cooker,
microwave, fridge with freezer compartment. Separate dining
room for up to 4 persons or study area. A staircase leads up
to a large double bedroom and bathroom. Garage with washer.
