This
former gatehouse, within the Ripley castle walls, is a charming
rural property which has been sympathetically refurbished. It
would suit families, walkers, or conference delegates being
an easy 10 minute drive from Harrogate International Conference
Centre. It is within walking distance of the delightful village
of Ripley with its historic castle and garden. Excellent dining
is available at the Boars Head Hotel restaurant, bistro and
the Castle Tearooms Courtyard shopping area. The property provides
a convenient base for touring the beautiful Yorkshire Dales,
Herriot and Emmerdale Country, and the Vale of York.
ACCOMMODATION:
A stable-door entrance leads to the hallway and to the spacious
dining/ kitchen with its extensive meadow views. It has a breakfast
bar, dining table and excellent cooking facilities with large
range complete with gas hob and electric oven. Leading from
the kitchen is the pleasant lounge with views over open parkland
a feature open fire and double sofa bed. Master bedroom has
a 6ft double bed or two singles on request. Single bedroom.
Bathroom with toilet, basin and bath with hand held shower.
The patio area is ideal for summer evenings outside. Babies
welcome with own travel cot. High chair available on request.

Oil central heating, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher,
gas hob with electric oven. Colour TV, video and DVD. All Fuel,
linen and towels included in the rent. Laundry facilities free
of charge in separate laundry area. Parking outside the property
for up to 2 cars. Sorry no Pets.. Garden furniture provided,
please bring your own barbeque if required. Open fire will be
set for initial fire and further supplies can be purchased locally.
