Refurbished in the Spring of 2007 and with magnificent views of the river, this waterside apartment is ideal for both holidays and for business. It is close to Knaresborough train station for links with Harrogate, Leeds, York and London and its riverside location means it is only a short walk from many tourist attractions including being opposite Mother Shipton’s Cave and Petrifying well, and a short walk from House in the Rock and St Roberts Cave. The riverside cafes and walks are literally at the end of the drive, with boat hire for lazy afternoons on the river. Character shops and restaurants of Knaresborough are also close by.
Harrogate the famous spa and conference town is an easy 15 minutes drive. The apartment provides an excellent base for touring the beautiful Yorkshire Dales.
ACCOMMODATION:
Steps lead from the driveway to the apartment entrance via a spiral staircase. Entrance hall leading to large lifestyle room with lounge including sofa bed, dining area to seat 3 persons and kitchen. The kitchen area is complete with cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and round stainless steel sinks. Magnificent views of the river and Knaresborough from the lounge. Double bedroom with Shower, basin and separate toilet. Welcome pack.

Gas central heating, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, gas hob with electric oven. Laundry service provided by owner. Cable TV, dvd. Wi-Fi internet access. Hi Fi unit with radio/cd. All Fuel, linen and towels included in the rent. Parking (not designated) on Waterside. Babies welcome with own travel cot. 1 small well behaved pet £20 charge. Strictly no smoking. Short breaks accepted out of season.
