From the garage and parking space, eight steps lead up to
a stable style front door. Entrance hall with toilet & basin
in small cloakroom. One step leading to spacious kitchen with
dining for 6 persons. Dining room (seats 8) or quiet study area
with bookcase. Lounge with living flame gas fire and panoramic
views of the Nidderdale region. Door leading outside with steps
to garden. On the first floor – bathroom with bath, shower
over bath, toilet and handbasin. Bedoom 1 with gorgeous dale
views a large double bedroom . Bedroom 2, a spacious twin room
with single bed and 4ft bed. Bedroom 3 a further twin bedroom.
