many of Knaresborough's main attractions including the famous
viaduct, Nidd Gorge and Mother Shipton's Cave. Furnished and
equipped to a high standard, it is an ideal base for a relaxing
holiday. Boats can be hired nearby for leisurely trips on the
river and many other attractions such as Knaresborough Castle,
The House in the Rock and St. Roberts Cave are all just a pleasant
stroll away. A short walk up "Water Bag Bank", the
cobbled street next to the cottage, leads you into historic
Knaresborough town. The central location is perfect for business
or holiday use, being close to and having excellent rail links
with York, Leeds and Harrogate. Harrogate is an easy 10-15 minutes
by car or train. The Yorkshire Dales are also within easy driving
distance.

Front patio garden with magnificent views. Small hallway
leds to lounge with feature fireplace. Cosy
dining room with pine furniture and seating for four. Fully
equipped kitchen. Utility room. Bedroom 1 on first floor with
5ft iron double bed. Bedroom 2 on first floor with iron single
bed. Both bedrooms have excellent views. Large house bathroom
with bath, shower over bath, washbasin and toilet.

(with freezer compartment), CD player, Colour TV with SKY, Video,

car with additional parking on Waterside. Babies welcome (travel
