This lovely spacious stone built cottage has the benefit of Double-glazing, three bedrooms, a separate Dining Room and of being under 10 minutes walking distance from the Conference Centre, ideal for business people visiting the town. The cottage has been redecorated, refurbished and furnished to a high standard. The lovely Valley Gardens and pine woods are just across the road.

Entrance leading to a separate, pleasant Dining Room with lovely pine furniture and décor. Fully fitted Dining/Kitchen with gas hob, oven and extractor fan over. Rear porch leading to a very attractive patio area with table & chairs and bedding plants, providing an abundance of colour in season, and afternoon/early evening sun in which to relax. Lounge with coal-effect electric fire, set in a period fireplace. Stairs lead from entrance hall to Bedroom 1 with Double bed, spacious fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Bedroom 3 with single bed. Tiled bathroom with bath, basin and toilet. Rear hall with cloakroom (including toilet and basin).

Full Double Glazing and Gas Central Heating, electric fire in the lounge. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, Colour TV. Automatic washing machine. All fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent. Garden furniture and barbecue. One well behaved pet by arrangement only. For the benefit of other guests, non-smokers only please. On street parking with a disc (supplied). Attractive patio area to the rear.
