together will accommodate up to a total of 15 guests.

has many original features. It is ideal for a relaxing holiday,
being situated on the edge of this beautiful, traditional village
with tranquil streams and two country pubs. The picturesque
location is a haven for walkers, horse lovers and fishermen
with carp fishing nearby.

with TV. Kitchen which is fully fitted with an excellent range
of modern units complete with microwave and washer/dryer. Downstairs
cloakroom with shower, toilet and handbasin. Bedroom 1 with
double bed and child's bed - ensuite with toilet and washbasin.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Bedroom 3 with twin beds. House bathroom
with bath, toilet and basin. To the side and rear is a pretty
communal garden with barbeque area. The garden is enclosed and
completely safe for children.
SERVICES:
Double glazing, economy 7 storage heating, microwave, fridge
and freezer, electric hob and oven. Washer/dryer. TV with video, DVD and SKY. All fuel and linen included. Please bring own towels.
Parking to the front of the property in designated space for
2 cars. No pets. Cot and high chair on request.Hot tub available
for adult guest use (age 12 and above), must be booked with
the owner in advance.
